PROGRAM DESCRIPTION AND OBJECTIVE

A four-year program that addresses the needs of the hospitality industry. It provides preparation needed by an individual to be an active participant in the world of hospitality industry.

 

       Aims to produce graduates who possess the following:

 

• Personality and Human Relations –demonstrate moral integrity and human relations which were molded in a Christian perspective and rooted on LCC-B mission and philosophy.

• ÉProfessional Efficiencies – have thorough knowledge of professional and technical skills that the hotel industry and its  various sectors need.

 

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

 

• Supervisory Level: Management Trainee in food service establishments, Banquet Coordinator, Kitchen Supervisor, Captain Waiter

• Managerial Level: Operations Manager in Food Service, Hotel and Resort, Executive Housekeeper, Front Office Manager, Resident Manager in hotels
