Inspired by the Augustinian spirit of genuine friendship, the following core values influence the ideals of the heart, culture, and public image of the institution in carrying out its mission to provide transformative education for life-long learning.

As a Catholic School it is committed to building up of the “City of God”, by providing an atmosphere conducive to the fulfillment of Catholic ideals as articulated in Scriptures, Church’s Teachings and PCP II.

As a Filipino School, it is committed to inculcate Christian nationalist education to participate in civic and social responsibility through preferential love and option for the poor.
As an Augustinian-Marian School, it is committed to establish meaningful relationship among the different sectors of the school community through genuine love and friendship in line with the Augustinian tradition and ideals; “to live in harmony having but one mind and one heart intent upon God.”
